Ingredients
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese (4% fat recommended)
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with onion powder if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the parchment paper, leaving space between.
- Gently flatten each dollop with a spoon.
- Top with Everything Bagel seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely (10–15 mins) before removing from tray.
- Serve with your favorite dip or store in an airtight container.
